Duties and Responsibilities
- Assign duties to other farm workers
- May be required to hire and train new farm workers
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment
- Oversee the daily operation of the farm
- Perform effectively all other duties and obligations assigned

- Previous experience is required
